Thank you – because you can never be too nice.
What are your thoughts on this? – because you never know who might be able to teach you something new.
You're the expert, I will trust you will do a great job – because everyone has a speciality. Don't micromanage them.
I don't care what it takes, I will make it happen – because who doesn't love determination.
I appreciate the time you took in preparing this – even if it is not exactly what you wanted or needed, time spent is still time spent. Don't take it for granted.
Is there anything I can do for you, to return the favor – because too often we ask and take and take - but forget to give back.
Do you mind waiting a second so I can grab a pen and write down what you're saying – because nobody, I repeat, nobody likes repeating themselves - and if you're asking me for free advice, don't expect me to give it to you twice.
I shouldn't complain, things could be way worse – needs.no.further.explanation!
Good job! – because we just don't hear it enough these days.
Sorry, my fault – because it's not like there's a limited amount of times you can say it. Taking responsibility for what you may have done wrong doesn't make you a loser. It makes you honest. And that can be hard to come by sometimes.
Last but not least. the final thing I wish I heard more people say is Hi. Whether it's a stranger on the train or the person in front of you at a cafe, I feel like everyone's eyes are almost always staring down at a phone, or their ears plugged in with headphones - and that's just a little sad. So why not #lookup a little more and brighten someone's day!
